Here’s me again, catching up on my tags! The wonderful Twin Bookmarks (who don’t seem to have posted in a while) tagged me in the Would You Rather tag back in February and I’m just now getting around to it… oops!
So without further ado, let’s get on with the tag!
Have an unlimited money for Ebooks, or a 5,000 dollar B&N gift card?
Well, we don’t have Barnes and Noble in the UK, so change that to Waterstones and I’d take the gift card. As lovely as unlimited ebooks sounds, I much prefer having the real book!
Meet any deceased poet or J.K. Rowling?
Why would I want to meet J.K. Rowling? I’d definitely choose someone like Edgar Allan Poe to meet over Rowling.
Write the world’s most famous book, or visit the world of your favourite book for one day?
Write the most famous book because all my favourite books are dark & horrible. I really wouldn’t want to enter Patrick Bateman’s world…
Choose ______ or ______ ? (Insert characters from your favourite fictional love triangle.)
Favourite fictional love triangle. You expect me to have a favourite?! I don’t even know any that I like, let alone think is my favourite!
Experience Hogwarts in a very realistic and accurate virtual reality, or travel around the world for a year, at no cost.
Travel the world. Hogwarts is of no interest to me!
Well that was a quick and easy tag to do for a busy day like today! I’m having such a struggle getting posts ready at the moment, work is bonkers and where I was using my lunches to plan posts, I’m no longer able to do that! No time!
Anyway, I’m not going to tag anyone specifically, but if you’d like to do this tag, consider yourself nominated for it!
Would anyone choose a virtual tour of Hogwarts over a trip round the world I wonder!!!?

I just re-read the last part of the post and realized you’d already given permission. Doh! *Face palms.* 🙂

The amount of Harry Potter references in this tag is hilarious. I completely agree with you that I’d take a trip around the world and a chance to meet any dead poet over anything Harry Potter related any day!

I have to say, Hogwarts is interesting to me, but visiting it in VR? Well, that just defeats the point. If I travel the world, I can visit real castles. Visiting Hogwarts in reality would be a different choice (because presumably all of the magic would be real, too) but VR makes that one a no contest.

Definitely! I love to travel so that’s still my choice even if I could go to real Hogwarts, but I’d understand the choice more if it was to visit a real magical world!

Exactly! I might still choose to travel the world, but it would be a lot harder to choose if the magic was real when I went to Hogwarts.

This was a ton of fun to read and think about! I would totally take 5k for BN. But Poe as incredible as his work is might be frightening to encounter? Just a thought😁

He probably would be pretty terrifying but I think he’d be way more interesting to meet. I would also like to meet Oscar Wilde too 😀

Oh yes! The list could go on and on. I was just watching the Great American Read and talking Bout Dorian Gray.

We’re back now!!…and sorry for getting here late 😦
Looks like we have many differences!! At least we can all agree travelling around the world for free would be a no brainer! And gosh we should’ve thought of getting the gift card for Waterstone or even WHSMITH – you clever person you!! 👉
