The BookBum Club: March Theme

The BookBum Club Banner - March Theme.png

This month I let the members of the Book Bum Club decide the fate of March’s theme, and by one little point, we have a winner! Thank you so much to everyone who voted on the Goodreads poll and got involved!

As the winner won by one point, I’m going to use the second place choice as next months theme! But that’s not important right now… Let’s take a look at the new theme!

… but before that, just to remind you all, the February review post will be up a few days after March starts so I can make sure I’ve got the link to everyone’s reviews…

THE THEME FOR FEBRUARY IS:

AND THE AWARD GOES TO…

Pick a book that has won an award!

(This theme was inspired by all the award ceremonies happening at the moment! The Oscars is on the 4th of March so I thought this made for a great excuse to use this theme!)

The award can be anything from the Pulitzer Prize to a Goodreads Choice Award. Below, I have left a few links to book award lists in case you’re not sure what book to pick!

2017 Award Winning Books

Pulitzer Prize Winners

Award Winning Books Written by Women

Award Winning Books Written by Black Authors

Award Winning Books You Might Have Missed

Award Winning Horror Books

WHAT I’LL BE READING:

23019294

A Head Full of Ghosts by Paul Tremblay

(I see you Janel, I know you didn’t like this one!)

I’ve had this novel on my TBR and bookshelves for absolutely ages! I love horror novels and since it won the Bram Stoker award back in 2015, it’s the perfect novel to pick up for this theme!

I hope you all like the theme for March, you picked it, after all! What will you be reading?

Don’t forget, you can find The BookBum Community on Goodreads too! You can join it here. I will be posting all this over on the GR threads too.
