New weekly book meme! Thursdays – Short Story Reviews

I’ve decided to create a weekly book meme for Thursdays, based around If you don’t already know, “is a site for science fiction, fantasy, and all the things that interest SF and fantasy readers.”

The site is filled with really great sci-fi, fantasy, horror and thriller short story reads.

Here’s how it will work:

  • On Thursday, I will pick a short story from for us to all read…
  • The next Thursday, we will all review the story that was picked the previous week…
  • The review can be in depth or short and snappy! There are no boundaries on how you want to review the story…
  • After my own personal review of that weeks story, I will post the next story to read…
  • And on and on it goes…
  • Please remember to tag back to my post (pingback!!) if you join in on this meme, that way I can read all your reviews!
  • Also, don’t think you have to do it every week, join in as you please if you’re busy bums!

I’d really super appreciate if you wanted to join in on this weekly meme as I love to see peoples differing opinions on the same book! Please comment on this blog post if you have some interest in doing this meme with me!

To get this book meme going, I’m picking the weeks book to read now, for posts to go up on the 23rd!

This weeks read is: Too Fond by Leanna Renee Hieber

In “Too Fond,” by author Leanna Renee Hieber, Eloise Browne’s leaden heart becomes softened by the entrance into her world of Mr. McGill, the owner of the nearby mill. His tragic story and her compassionate gift tangle themselves into something altogether new… and not altogether welcome.

    1. Completely free! You can sign up for a newsletter if you want, but it’s not a must. It’s just a great site for people to get their short stories published and shared with a community who enjoy the sane kind of genres as themselves 🙂
